Dear friends, I, along with all who knew Zollie, will remember your sweet mom for her wit, wisdom, and faith. Zollie so willingly shared each of these with everyone through the way she lived her life, through her voice, and through her column in the paper. You were very lucky to have had your mom for so many amazing years. Please know that Zollie loved you and continues to love you - just from another place.

What an icon!!! This is one of the most memorable (amazing) ladies I have ever known!!!She was like a mother to all the children growing up in the valley during the 50's. She kept the old church up in the valley open for years and would come up the road, gathering kids for church and tell them (us) about Jesus!! She is certainly one of Gods chosen. My sympathy goes out to the family for their great loss. There is rejoicing in heaven!!!

It will never be the same when we visit Marion. Seeing Aunt Zollie was always one of the highlights. She was an amazing lady! I am also sad for my Grandmom, Chic Winters, as I know she is really missing her sister. Blessings to all of Aunt Zollie's family during this time of loss.
