I regret I didn't get to meet your mom, Kay, but I've heard so many things about her I feel like I know her. She was obviously a wonderful mom to have a daughter like you. I figure you get your great quick sense of humor and lively personality partly from her. My thoughts are with you as you remember her.

May you find the courage to face tomorrow in the love that surrounds you today. At this time of sorrow may these truths sustain you.....your loved one will always be as close as a memory and the God of all comfort is always as close as a prayer. It will be the little things that you will remember the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memory of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. I have fought the fine fight, I have run the course to the finish, I have observed the faith.-2Timothy 4:7. As for me, I will lie down that I may sleep; I shall certainly awake, for Jehovah himself keeps supporting me. -Psalms 3:5

I have a lifetime of memories of Miss Daisey--too many 'funnies' for this small space:) She has left this world, and us, with smiles on our faces. On bright starry nights, I bet if I'm still enough, sometime I will be able to hear her ask, '"has anybody seen my pocketbook?"' I'm sure 'ole Raffh' is with you now and will help you find it:) What a love story you two were--and always will be:) We will miss and remember you two always. Love, Connie & 'The Hunk'
