Growing up in Marion, I remember Mr. Atkins as someone who was always kind and gracious to me. I am glad he had 95 years, and my sympathy goes out to his family for your loss.

Dear Aunt Hazel, Suzanne, Ronnie, Denny and family, We were so sad to hear about Uncle Harlow's passing. Growing up, when we would come to visit, I loved to spend time talking to him-sometimes he would sit with me in the swing on Granny's front porch-he had a warm and gentle spirit about him that was so kind. He always made us feel so welcome with a big hug and he had a great dry sense of humor. He was a lovely man and I know he will be greatly missed by all of us who loved him. I wish we could be there to wrap our arms around you all but we are there in spirit and our love and prayers are with you today and always.
