I am so sorry to hear of the loss of our brother and friend Robert. It was a distinct joy to serve as his pastor for several years at Ezelle. How Robert loved that little church! I am comforted when I remember his unwavering faith. Even when he faced the many losses he suffered, he did not rage against God, but praised Him for the hope he cherished that the family would be united again. May the Lord give us the grace to hold to our faith as fiercely as Robert did.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Bob and the family were such a huge part of our growing up years and adult too. I know how sadly he'll be missed. The neighborhood will forever be changed. God bless and keep you in his comfort.

You are all in our prayers. Bob was a good man & will be missed in the Nebo/Ceres community. Growing up, when visiting my mamaw & papaw Durham, Bob & Helen were a staple on Sunday afternoon & evenings, sitting on the front porch & waving & talking to us kids. I hope you find comfort knowing they are together again on heaven's porch swing enjoying the evening. God Bless you all.

Hanshew family: I am so sorry about Uncle Bob..he was a fine man and I will always have memories of him and all of the family. You ALL are in my prayers..he sure lived a long, healthy life and so blessed to have such a wonderful marriage and a loving, caring family.

It breaks our hearts to have to say goodbye to such a dear soul but we know, for sure ,that he is at peace and has been " welcomed home " by the Lord and all of those loved ones who have gone before.
