Obituary of Sadie Sturgill

MARION, VIRGINIA: SADIE POWELL STURGILL, age 80, died Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Francis Marion Manor Nursing Home in Marion, Virginia. She was the widow of Clarence "C.R" Sturgill. She is survived by one sister, Peggy P. Snapp of Glade Spring, Virginia; two brothers, Ronald B. Powell and wife, Barbara and Donald W. Powell and wife, Mae all of Marion, Virginia; two sisters-in-law, Twyleene Sayers and husband, Joe and Glenna Evans all of Marion, Virginia; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 23, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Mike Sage officiating. Private burial will follow in at Round Hill Cemetery.
