Sadie and C.R. were very kind to me in 1947/8 when I spent time in Marion. Sadie was always very nice and I could see she loved her man very much. She was a good person!

Dear family, we are so sorry to hear of Sadie's passing. She was a very special lady and was such a good mentor for me when I got my first job at Harwood. I will always remember her kindess and patience with me. She has remained a good friend to both of us throughout the years. Glen will espcially remember visiting with her at the Pioneer Restaurant for the breakfast hour. God bless you during this time.
