Obituary of Belvin Lowe

MARION, VIRGINIA: BELVIN R. LOWE, age 74, died Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Valley Health Care Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Myrtle Lowe, two brothers, James D. Lowe and Billy H. Lowe and one sister, Mattie Boone. He is survived by one brother, Franklin D. Lowe of Westminster, Maryland and sister, Miss Anna Lee Lowe of Marion, Virginia. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Dr. Jeff Padgett officiating. Private burial will be in Laurel Springs Cemetery.
