Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear about the death of Belvin. I remember the good times we had together, because we were born the same year, and we grew up together, playing with all our cousins. He was always so funny and kind to me. He will be missed. Ruth Inscore Halsey

Dear Anna & Frank, We are so sorry over the loss of our dear cousin Belvin, and we will surely miss him. Our wonderful memories of Belvin will forever be in our hearts. He brought much joy and laughter to us as we visited with him from MD. I will miss the way he always "tipped his hat", and the smile he had for everyone he met. Our thoughts and prayers go with you and your family.

My dear beloved gentle Uncle will always be in my heart and I will always cherish and remember. Belvin's nickname for me was "PopJudy". Loved to laugh. Very sweet to me always

Belvin was a beautiful soul with a smile for everyone. Quick to show you the badge in his wallet and tell you he "was the law", just like his idol Barney Fife. He will be missed.
