Obituary of Helen Dancy

MARION, VIRGINIA: HELEN L. DANCY, age 65, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in Smyth County Community Hospital. Helen was a devoted Christian Lady who was true to her faith. She was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. She is survived by her husband, Ronald "David" Dancy of Marion, Virginia; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Danny Reynolds of Marion, Virginia; one son and fiancée, Thomas Dancy and Lisa Heckert of Marion, Virginia; two brothers, Bill Ormsby and wife Shirley of Charlevoix, Michigan and Art Ormsby and wife Irene of Central Lake, Michigan; four grandchildren, Kim Coe, Kathy Reynolds, Stephanie Reynolds, and Amber Dancy; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. at Seaver- Brown Chapel with Rev. David Nietch and Rev. Billy Dean officiating. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomas Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
