Obituary of Bertha Louthian

MARION, VIRGINIA: BERTHA PUCKETT LOUTHIAN, age 90, died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at Smyth County Community Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Louthian. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James C. Rose and wife Carole of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Robert M. Rose and wife Linda of Durham, North Carolina; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Elder Eddie Lyle officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Rose Cemetery in Glade Springs, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
