Obituary of William Cregger

MARION, VIRGINIA: WILLIAM RUDOPLH CREGGER, age 86, died Monday, May 12, 2008 at his home in Marion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Weeks Cregger. He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Margaret Barr and husband, Johnny of Marion, Virginia and Judy Poe of Orlando, Florida; two sons, Douglas Cregger and Bill Cregger both of Marion, Virginia; one sister, Pauline Owens of Marion, Virginia; two grandchildren, Monnie Richardson and husband, Jay of Sugar Grove, Virginia; and Johnny Quillen and wife, Susie of Marion, Virginia; four great-grandchildren, Ethan and Jacob Richardson, Mark Quillen and Kristen Devoe; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Sage officiating. Burial will follow in Wassum Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
