Don, I didn't know your father, but I lost my dad about 3 years ago when he was 87. It was one of the most devastating events in my life: I lost a father, councelor and friend, so I know no one is never ready. May God keep you in your hour of grief. Your are in my prayers.

Don, I am awfully sorry to hear of your father's passing, but it brings a smile to my face to think that he's seeing Jesus face to face right now, that he's running and dancing and delighting in his Father's presence, and his Father is delighting in him. I can't even imagine what it must be like to go to sleep here on earth and then wake up the next instant in the presence of our Lord! Words can't even describe how wonderful that must be!

Don, Maggie,Jeremy and I have you and your family in our prayers. As the foot prints says, and what God said to the man who asked about it. "My son, my precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints,it was then that I carried you." And know he is carrying you and yours as you go through this very hard time. Your bro , Randy

Don and Family: I am very sorry to learn of your father's passing. Having lost both of my parents within a year of each other, I know the empty and lonely feeling you are now experiencing. There will be many days you will wonder how you get through them; but you will learn, that it is only by the love and grace of God watching over you and wrapping you in His loving arms that brings you through those days. I believe your father is at peace beyond anything anyone here on earth can come close to understanding. However, I also know that one day you and all of your family will be with him again in heaven and will never be separated from him. God bless each of you and may you feel His touch during this time.
