Obituary of James Kirby

MARION, VIRGINIA: JAMES FRANKLIN KIRBY, age 62, died Sunday, February 11, 2007 at Smyth County Community Hospital. He is survived by special friend, Elda Norman of Marion, Virginia; two daughters, Debbie McMillan of Independence, Virginia and Brandi Kirby of Pennsylvania; four sons, James Kirby of Independence, Virginia, Jonathon Henderson, Timothy Kirby, and Charley Kirby all of Marion, Virginia; one sister, Margaret Carter of Ceres, Virginia; one brother, Buddy Kirby of Ceres, Virginia; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Sage officiating. Private burial will follow. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. prior to service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with the funeral expenses, P.O.
