Rev Herman Cress posted a condolence

I did not know of my friend's passing until today and it is truly in one since a sadness and yet a great joy in another. My first revival was preaching at Slemp Creek, the church Ralph pastored at that time. I also was given an opportunity to preach on a regular bases for this man of God. He made sure he opened the door for each of the young called ministers of my time. I also recall his letting me car-pool with him while my vehicle was in repairs and it was a memorable time. How could I ever forget his waving at every car that passed by, no matter who it was, they got a wave. I know he will be greatly missed by his family especially the grandchild. Therefore, I will have my hands lifted in prayers for you during the days to come. Rev. Herman Cress

Bruce, I was sorry to hear of Ralph's passing away. I am sure of his testimony that he is with the Lord. It was a joy having him come into the barber shop over the years.
