Just found out about Germercial, one of my best friends, while growing up in Winchester. We lost touch, but I never stopped being his friend or thinking of him. Jerry was a wonderful person. So long Jerry. We will meet again soon. May God take care until then.

Germercial was one of the kindest people we have ever known. No matter how sick he was he always had a smile on his face. Ivy had the privilege of working with Germercial for several years at Smyth County Community Hospital. He was not only her mentor but her friend.
