I have known Glenna all of my life and grew up with her kids. She was a sweet treasure and kind to everyone. I will always miss her. Hugs and prayers for all of the family.

Glenna, I finally found you and your family which is a side of the family I am so sorry to have lost touch with. You and your Mom and brothers brought me so many of the best memories from childhood. My Dad Porter and your Mom Mary were brother and sister and I loved so dearly all of his big family which there is so few of left. I am having trouble separating my childhood memories from now as they are all I have but will treasure so much. Dad had the most loving family and they were always laughing so quietly and were such gentle giving people. Glenna your heart was so big and so gentle and filled with so much love. You have a large family to fall into their arms in Heaven. And I can't wait to see you all once again. I will always treasure the fish fries in your yard and the patient adults who picked the bones out as fast as my sister and I could eat the fish. Everyone laughing and telling stories only the mountains could hold as treasures. I will stay in contact and talk to Twylenne and try to contact all the family I can. Love you and will one day hear your quiet laugh once again.

So very sorry to hear of Glenna passing. I knew her from working with her at the hospital. She and Mrs. Catron were two of the most wonderful people and so well matched to work together. They always made you feel good when they stopped by the office. They were always laughing and both seemed to enjoy their jobs and the people. Glenna was a kind and hard working woman who never met a stranger and seemed to enjoy doing for others. May God bless and give the family comfort as they face the days ahead.
