What a lady! What a friend! Louise was a truly wonderful friend, I had the privilege of being Pastor of Elizabeth United Methodist Church for eight years and loved each and every member. Louise could make the sun shine on the cloudiest day. One of the finest ladies I ever had the honor of knowing. Our love goes out to all the family and to Elizabeth Church!

As another member of SGHS Class 0f 68, please let me add to the thoughts of Jane and Bob in their notes. We were blessed to have Mrs. Thompson as a friend in the Office at the time to help "smooth out the journey" for students from time to time. Later, when many of us have moved away, it's good to see so many remember her so fondly. As one who has remained in the area, I have also seen her many roles in the community. Thanks, Louise, for the parts you've played in our School, your Church, and our community. We're all much better for your having been part of our lives.

We want to send our condolences to the family of such a wonderful lady. I didn't know her as long as Eddie did (school) , but in the time I knew her, she was one beautiful person, inside and out. She will truly be missed and we pray for the family during this period of life...and prayers for the days to come.

I would like to express condolence to the Thompson family during this loss. Mr. Thompson was such a kind and caring person. I have vivid memories of her during my attendance at Sugar Grove High School, she was alway willing to help the students in any way. It is astounding to think how many young people she provide assistance to and was a positive role model for during her many years of service both at school and in the community.

My thoughts and prayers are sent in memory of one of the sweetest ladies I ever knew. She was wonderful. We had many fun and happy times at school - we shared the love a special pin and she'd wear it and make sure I say it = just for fun. She was terrific.
