Cora and my mother Mary Buchanan were very BEST FRIENDS. Cora was an angel sent from above to not only my mother but to our whole family. They were two peas in a pod. There was a tiime when the two decided to deliver flowers for a friemd of ours who ran a floral service. This particular day they were delivering to the funeral home, when we noticed they didnt come back for about 2-3 hours when they got back my friend & I asked what took them so long and they said there was a funeral being held while they were tlhere amd that there was only a handful in attence and they both felt bad/sorry for the deceased that not only did they attend the funeral but also left the flowers they wre delivering they left at the funeral they attended as well...needless to say my friend had to resend the flowrrs to the intended deceased..
My mother passed away 18 years ago from cancer and well all i can say is Cora never left her side right up too her last breath.mother never had to worry about going thru ANY of it alone because Cora made sure she was with her....many many nights they bothcame and stayed with Kenny, me , Amber & veronica. She was as close to momma as any of her sisters or anyone else.Gosh, I could just continue on and on with stories. One thing I cant leave out was what an AMAZING cook Cora was if anyone ever left her home hungry, it was your own fault...lol....God connected our families through Cora & momma and for that friendship I will always feel grateful...WE LOVE YOU CORA.

Sue, Brent , Brenda, Hal & Allison Freddy & Kathy Rest of family. Heaven gain one very special angel yesterday. I know your hearts break but just imagine the reunion with Mr. Pipes and My Momma...Cora loved you all so much and wouldnt want you to mourn her going home but to rejoice in her reunion and find peace in knowingse is with God & you all will see her again one day...God Bless you all♥♥♥
