Obituary of Donna Blevins

MARION, VIRGINIA: DONNA HEATH BLEVINS, age 63, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Francis Marion Manor, Marion, Virginia. She was born January 22, 1951 in Marion, Virginia to the late Roy and Pearl Sturgill Heath. If you knew Donna, it was plain to see that she absolutely loved life. Most all of her life she was a caregiver. She adored children and the seniors in her life, knew her heart for them by the respect and care given. Donna was a lover of God's creation. It was evident in her affection of animals and appreciation of beautiful flowers. Always smiling, Donna never met a stranger. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Blevins, Sr.; son, Phillip "Bucky" Blevins, Jr. of Grundy, Virginia; stepson, Phillip Shane Blevins and wife, Denise of Alexandria, Virginia; one sister, Teresa Robinson and husband John of Johnson City, Tennessee; two brothers, Dale Heath and wife Susie of Gloucester, Virginia, Mark Heath and wife Regina of Chilhowie, Virginia; one niece and four nephews. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Lee Roy Blizzard officiating. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Chilhowie, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
