I had went to Hall's Skating Rink to pick up my daughter and her friends and low and behold there was a Chevy Cavalier in the ditch as you pull in the parking lot. Well poor lil Donna was scared to pieces, so I go over to make sure she is ok while her husband Phil was helping to have the car pulled out of the ditch. Bless her little heart I ended up driving her back to her house and having someone drive my car so I could get her safely there, because she was a shaking mess. Donna you have given me so many wonderful memories to carry on and to remind me everyone nedds to be just like you in life you did not know a stranger and was always smiling and just so wonderful! I will miss your laughter terribly and I will always LOVE you no matter what!!!!

Phil, Buck, Theresa, and family we know that the road was long and hard for you all and we all know the joy she brought to each and everyone of us, but only the ones that have lost someone as dear as she was knows that she is now the happiest woman alive in HEAVEN!!! Tim says she loved her Mom and Dad so much and thought highly of her Dad, so know that she is with them both and as dear now as she was here on earth! We will truly miss her, just remember she will be with you in everything that you do Bucky, because she loved you that much! While we never knew Donna Blevins personally, we knew her through the many memories shared by Phillip (Bucky) who graduated from UVa-Wise. On numerous occasions, Phillip has spoken of his childhood where his mom was his best friend and participant in games and make-believe adventures. We are so sorry to hear about Donna's passing.
