Obituary of Eleanor Meek

SUGAR GROVE, VIRGINIA: ELEANOR KEETON MEEK, age 81, widow of William Stephen "Billy" Meek, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 peacefully at her home in Sugar Grove, Virginia. She was a prominent Rye Valley farmer, a homemaker and a member of Elizabeth United Methodist Church. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Meek is survived by her son Steve Meek of Sugar Grove, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Jeremy Meek and William Stephen Meek II; several nieces and nephews; and several special care-givers. Private Funeral Services will be held for family and close friends. A public Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
