Nice lady, grew up on Marion, knowing them both, thru and with my parents. Dad & I hunted rabbits, birds, etc. on their land. He was a great VET..... ! She lived a full and happy life, did not know all those great details, but my heart is with her surviving family!

Dear John, Mickie, Cindy, Judy, and Mark, Although I could only get a glimpse of you at your mother's service, I want you to know Steve and I have been thinking of you at this time with love and sadness at losing such a fine person. Of course, I don't think one ever loses a mother, as you will think of her each day with happy memories and thanks for all the good qualities she has passed along to you. Your family and ours was connected in many ways over the years in Marion, and I always felt close to both your parents. I enjoyed talking with your mother on the phone after she moved to Florida, finding we agreed on most of the issues of the day. I hope the support of friends and each other is a comfort to you at this time. With love, Judy

Dear Mickey, You have my deepest condolences. It is so hard to lose a parent and I am sending you a big hug. There are really no words that can comfort you at a time like this, but knowing that old friends care about you and remember you fondly should give you some comfort. I remember how sweet your mother always was. I thought both she and your dad were just wonderful. You were very lucky to have had such terrific parents and not even death can ever take that away from you. Love from your high school buddy, Carleen

Dear Cindy and family, You know we loved your mother like she was part of our family. She always treated us like we were. You were so lucky to have the parents you had. They raised a smart, beautiful, funny, kind daughter. They were lucky, too. She's with your dad and they will be having a cocktail soon toasting their children and their life together. We had the special privilege of knowing both Dr. and Mrs. Fenyk. They were extraordinary people, as evidenced by the very special qualities of each of their five children. We have been close friends with Mickey and Mitch for over 40 years, and we share the loss the family is feeling. We only hope that the thoughts and wishes of friends and family can help to ease the pain just a litte.

I did not personally know Mrs. Fenyk, but I have enjoyed listening to my dear friend, Mickey, speak lovingly of her mother for a long time. Mickey is also "spunky and spirited," and it warms my heart to know that she inherited those traits from her mother. My deepest sympathies to Mickey and the rest of Mrs. Fenyk's family and friends on this very sad occasion.
