Obituary of David Ashlin

SUGAR GROVE, VIRGINIA: DAVID GAGE ASHLIN, born January 16, 2011, died March 21, 2011. Baby "Gagie Boy" was our beautiful little blonde haired, blue eyed angel on earth and will be loved and missed forever. He was preceded in death by his great-grandpaw, John Woods and his great-grandmother, Linda Pugh. Gage is survived by his parents, Ashley and Davey Ashlin of Sugar Grove, Virginia; three brothers, Dalton and Isaac Edwards of Flat Ridge, Virginia and Jacob Spain of Marion, Virginia; two sisters, Maddy Ashlin of Sugar Grove, Virginia and Savannah Ashlin of Wytheville, Virginia; grandparents, Melinda and Bill Smith of Flat Ridge, Virginia; Jeff and Michelle Meadows of Groseclose, Virginia and David and Inis Ashlin of Sugar Grove, Virginia; great-grandparents, Pat and Bud Meadows of Garden Creek, Virginia; great-great-grandmother, Loraine Robinson of Marion, Virginia; special aunt, Allison Smith of Flat Ridge, Virginia; special cousin, Brittany Ball of Sugar Grove, Virginia; three special friends, J.R. Armstrong of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, Chuck Sturgill of Marion, Virginia and Danny Havens of Sugar Grove, Virginia; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a very close church family at Resurrection Community Church also survive. Graveside Services will be held Friday, March 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pugh Cemetery in Teas, Virginia with Reverend Jonathan Stamper and Reverend Chad Owens officiating.
