CHILHOWIE, VIRGINIA: RUTH ELLEN DUERSON, age 81 died Saturday, October 23, 2010 in Valley Health Care Center, Chilhowie, Virginia. She is survived by one son, Barney Blankenbeckler of Rural Retreat, Virginia; one daughter, Sheila Blankenbeckler of Glade Spring, Virginia; one sister, Edith Pugh of Chilhowie, Virginia; one brother, Estel Reedy of High Point, North Carolina.
