Obituary of Eva Greer

MARION, VIRGINIA: EVA YOUNG GREER, age 87, widow of Arthur E. Greer, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, Virginia. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Marion. Eva is survived by her sons, D. R. "Rick" Greer and wife, Anne of Rockledge, Florida and Michael R. Greer of Marion, Virginia; sister, Edna Clow of Ohio; grandson, Dr. J. Brent Greer of Melbourne, Florida; two great-grandsons, Eli Carson Greer and Nathan Richard Greer. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Jonathan Jonas officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery.
