Dear Andy, We are sorry to hear of your Dad's death. We never met him and we wish we could have known him. We know he will be missed by you and the grandchildren. I'm sure he was so proud of you and your service to your country. We thank you many times over. Men and women like you allow us to enjoy the freedom and privileges that other countries are trying to obtain. Our prayers are with you.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Charles' death. This man was a giant of a man, both in stature and spirituality. Charles truly helped save my life some 26 years ago when I met him in the basement of a church where I was introduced to a God who loved me no matter what. Charles, I know I leaned on you and I know you are with Joleen C. and Jack W. and some of the others in Heaven laughing about some of the messes you helped me get through. I loved you then Charles and I love you now. Thank you for all you did for me and untold numbers of others. Surely, your work here on Earth will serve as a glorious testimony as you stand before our Higher Power whom we chose to call God. I have been living out of state for the last 15 years and just moved back here. I wish I had taken time to look you up. Rest in Peace friend, I will be along directly.
