Obituary of Alberteen McMillan

MARION, VIRGINIA: ALBERTEEN McMILLAN age 84, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Francis Marion Manor in Marion, Virginia. She was born February 4, 1926 in Grayson County, Virginia. Miss McMillan graduated from Marion Senior High School and attended Marion College. She was a lifelong resident of Marion and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester H. and Edith Young McMillan; two brothers, L.H. McMillan Jr., and Kenneth Beryl McMillan. Miss McMillan is survived by one sister-in-law, Peggy McMillan of St. Albans, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Jonathan Jonas officiating. Private burial will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Seaver Brown Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church 115 S.
