Obituary of Gary Romans

MARION, VIRGINIA: GARY "PETE" ROMANS, age 55, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in Marion, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his father, Lemual Richard Romans, Sr. and a grandson, Allan. Pete is survived by two daughters, Brandy Muncy and husband, Kevin of Chilhowie, Virginia and Mandy Romans of Sugar Grove, Virginia; three sons, Ervin Romans and Adam "Chris" Romans both of Glade Spring, Virginia and Travis Romans of Tennessee; his mother, Thelma Dillman Romans of Marion, Virginia; three sisters, Sherry Pickle and husband, John of Rural Retreat, Virginia, Peggy Sprinkle and husband, E.T. of Marion, Virginia and Janet Murphy and husband Robert of Radford, Virginia; two brothers, Lemuel "Rick" Romans and wife, Angelia of Chilhowie, Virginia and Allen Romans of Marion, Virginia; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Monroe Landers officiating. As was Pete's request, his body was cremated and a private burial will be held in Rose Lawn Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
