Dear Hash Family, I was so sorry to read about Richard's passing. I have a subscription to the infamous Smyth County News but it tends to arrive way past their published date, and yesterday, Oct 20, was the day I received the paper with Richard's obit. He was a good man and I remember him as a happy trailrider. Hope everyone is doing well. Take care. Ellen

Dear Family, Though I did not know Mr. Hash personally, I want to take a moment to express my deepest sympathy to you. No doubt the loss of such a dear loved one will be felt by many. Long ago, the faithful man job asked if an able-bodied man died could he live again. The comforting answer is yes. Our God the Creator yearns to bring back to life those who have died (Job 14:13-15). May this and other promises recorded in God's Word the Bible continue to carry your family in this critical time.

I am so sorry to hear of Richard's death. The 62 years you had together is amazing and I know that if you remember all the good times, he will always be alive in your heart.
