A strong smile, a happy grin Oh how I loved to laugh with him Miles apart but so close together Happiness grew as we shared "whatever" My world seems broken, thrown into pieces, but memories with him never ceases. I will hold to them and share with all because I was his "ratchet jaw"

A beautiful poem one of my favorites for everyone to read. Am Always With You When I am gone, release me, let me go. I have so many things to see and do, You mustn't tie yourself to me with too many tears, But be thankful we had so many good years. I gave you my love, and you can only guess How much you've given me in happiness. I thank you for the love that you have shown, But now it is time I traveled on alone. So grieve for me a while, if grieve you must Then let your grief be comforted by trust That it is only for a while that we must part, So treasure the memories within your heart. I won't be far away for life goes on. And if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see or touch me, I will be near And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear All my love around you soft and clear And then, when you come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile and a "Welcome Home". -Author Unknown

With our love Uncle Dwight We thought of you with love today, But this is nothing new, We thought of you yesterday and the days before that too. We think of you in silence and often speak you name. All we have now are our memories, and your picture in a frame. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you didn't go alone. A part of us went with you The day God took you home! -Tara Love, Tara,Tanya,Tabatha and Tamera

I don't know how to say goodbye to you Uncle Dwight so I will just say talk to you later. My life will never be the same without your laughter and jokes. I know you are up in heaven with Daddy and I know I will see you again someday but why did you have to go so quick. I was on my way with Mom that morning to fly down to see you. I love you with all my heart and will always remember "Gimmie some sugar". I might even start using that phase with my grandchildren. You were more than my Uncle you were my second Dad. Aunt Nell, I know you will be okay but always remember I'm only a short airline flight away from you. And you know I'll be calling you all the time. You are in my heart FOREVER. Second Mom!!!
