Obituary of Mary Sharpe

MARION, VIRGINIA: MARY P. SHARPE, born August 23, 1924, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2009 in Wythe County Community Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Haynes Sharpe; her parents, Harry and Elizabeth Graham; and two brothers, Harry A. Graham and Phillip Graham. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia S. Crockett and son-in-law, Trenton; two grandchildren, Brian J. Crockett, United States Navy, and Kaylee E. Crockett of the home. She leaves behind a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 2, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Kenneth Sawyers officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
