We didn't learn of this until 8:30 Thursday night. We are very sad to hear of the passing of Elmer. We will always remember how kind he was to our Dad, Roy Prater. He cared enough to come and visit with him. We would have so liked to have paid Elmer our respects. Thoughts & Prayers are with you. The Roy Prater Family
