Obituary of Carrie Sexton

MARION, VIRGINIA: CARRIE MAE SEXTON, age 77, died October 16, 2007 at Smyth County Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest "Dempsey" Sexton, her father and mother, Arthur and Mattie Russell, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Charles "Jim" and Gladys Russell of Marion, Virginia; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Sage. Burial will follow in Slemp Cemetery, Sugar Grove, Virginia.
