Obituary of Helen Copenhaver

MARION, VIRGINIA: HELEN MOODY COPENHAVER, age 91, died Friday, October 19, 2007 in Richmond, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Staley Copenhaver. She is survived by her daughter, Judith McFarlane and husband, Walter of Chesterfield, Virginia; one sister, Virginia Findlay of Christiansburg, Virginia; grandchildren, Heather Hardy and husband, Dennis of Midlothian, Virginia, Brennan McFarlane and wife, Mariana of Jackson, Wyoming; great-grandchildren, Annika Hardy and Pearson Hardy of Midlothian, Virginia; niece, Susan Hatcher and husband, Jerry of Floyd, Virginia also survive. Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Marion, Virginia with Pastor Robert Maier and Pastor James Bangle officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26, 2007 at Seaver-Brown Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ebenezer Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 1799, Marion, Virginia.
