Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of Chief Boone. As a native of Marion and having grown up as a neighbor my childhood is filled with many wonderful memories of him. Marion residents knew Chief Boone was not only a friend and neighbor but their protector who devoted his life to keeping the town a safe place to live. God Bless
