Obituary of Rhudy Stroupe

MARION, VIRGINIA: RHUDY J. STOUPE, age 74, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at his home in Marion, Virginia. He was employed by Town of Marion for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rhudy J. and Kate Leonard Stroupe. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte McGrady Stroupe of Marion, Virginia; Two sons, Charles Harris and David Harris of Dendron, Virginia; Two grandchildren, Matthew and Jonathan. Several Nieces and Nephews including a special nephew, James McGrady and a special niece, Janie Holman. Many special friends and a special pet, "Gizzy". Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 13, 2007 at 8:00 p.m.at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Don Mutter and Rev. Mike Sage officiating. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Round Hill Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The Family will receive friends Friday, July 13, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
