You know what Lib (my fff) meant to me and not enough space here to write. I treasure my memories and especially her visits to ATL. I proudly display all her gifts and she'll forever be in my heart. I love all of you and I will be there tonight in my heart. I share the pain in Lib's passing--she was family to me!!! Hugs--see all of you soon. Barbara

Billy and Gail. Please add my name to the long list of those who considered Mrs. Neel an inspiration in their lives. Those of us who sat in her 6th grade class in the Quonset hut, out back of the main building, remember her as a gifted teacher, role model and caring person. She and Vernon were special people to many in Rich Valley. My thoughts are with you and your families.

I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Neal's death. She was a very special lady. She served on the Community Relations Board when I worked at the Job Corps and was always willing to help us out. She was always willing to give us assistance with education problems and faithfully attended our meetings. I also visited with her at the nursing home when our church would hold services. She was always a "lady" in mannerisms, dress and speech. The funniest thing I remember was talking with her as our group was getting ready to leave the manor one night and she looked around and saw everybody standing around. She asked me what was going on and to tell those people to set down so we could visit. Ms. Neel will be missed by all who knew her because of our kindness and sweet personality.
