Obituary of Frederick Greer

MARION, VIRGINIA: FREDERICK "FREDDIE" GREER, age 51, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at the VA Hospital in Johnson City, Tennessee. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Mary and Randall Goodman of Marion, Virginia; one sister, Robin Finley of Chilhowie, Virginia; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Dennis and Barbara Greer and Gary Greer all of Marion, Virginia, and Richard Greer of Abingdon, Virginia; one step-sister, Rhonda Goodman Coe of Sugar Grove, Virginia; one step-brother, Randy Goodman and wife, Susan of Marion, Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and special friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Halsey officiating. Burial will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.seaverbrown.com.
