Obituary of Margaret Wolfe
MARION, VIRGINIA: MARGARET B. WOLFE, widow of Charles Miller Wolfe, age 83, died Friday, December 22, 2006 at Smyth County Community Hospital. She was a faithful member of The Church of the Nazarene for over 50 years. She was also a devoted mother, and grandmother (mawmaw), and had a host of friends. She retired from Holston Harwood Manufacturing. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Rita and Eddie Roberts of Rural Retreat, Virginia, and Margaret Ann and Buck Pugh of Volney, Virginia; one half-sister, Mary Woolwine of Abingdon, Virginia; three grandchildren, Leeann Roberts of Rural Retreat, Virginia, Tina Marie Ashby of Roanoke, Virginia, and Donny King of Rural Retreat, Virginia; five great-grandchildren, Jeremy Scott Ashby, Jr., Megan Ashby, Kiana King, Chris King, and Michael King. Several nieces and nephews also survive along with a special friend, Denny Alley. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 24, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Hopkins and Rev. Mike Halsey officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
