I will never forget my first meeting with Philip, nor will I forget my last. I was fortunate enough to share time not only at Marion Senior High School with Philip, but also at Radford University. My time spent laughing with him in the halls, in the dining area, and around campus are very precious to me. He was a wonderful man, and all who knew him were blessed. We are all blessed for knowing Phil. He was the strongest, kindest, most positive minded person I've ever known. Even in death I can do nothing but smile in remembrance of him. My mind is easy knowing there is none more deserving of heaven than Phil Cason.
