we were so sorry to hear of Stella's passing. She was a very special person to both of us. We were the second owners of the radio station that she and her husband started and because of this we got to know her and appreciate what she did for the radio business and to appreciate her. Our sympathy goes out to her family.

So sad to learn of Mrs. Maloney's passing. In 1966 she was kind enough to help a 17 year old high school kid break into broadcasting, a business I am still involved in today, some 40 years later. I think of her often and send sincere condolences to the family she leaves behind and to her many friends.

Anne, Nancy and I were saddened to read of your mother's death in this morning's paper. But what a long, great, and distinguished life she lived. Could we be so fortunate? We pray God's peace and blessings on you and your family.
