Obituary of Barbara Hall

MARION, VIRGINIA: BARBARA "BOBBIE" BROOKS HALL, age 67, widow of Charles Willis Hall, died Saturday, April 15, 2006 in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia. She kept a good outlook on life and her family and friends were very special to her. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge and loved bingo. Mrs. Hall loved going to the Lifetime Wellness Center and tried to go everyday. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry "J.D." and Ruth Hall of Marion, Virginia; One brother, Gary Brooks of Marion, Virginia; One uncle, Dan Thompson of Marion, Virginia; and One sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pat and Oliver Daughtery of Michigan. One step-granddaughter, Ruthie Leonard; One step-grandson, James Leonard, Jr. and one step-great-grandson, Tyler Leonard; One niece, Teresa Powers and her husband, Rodney and their children, Dillon and Madison; A special friend, Doris Brooks and her loving dog, Kurley also survive. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Private graveside services will be held at the West Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
