Obituary of James Hamm

MARION, VIRGINIA: JAMES LEON "JIMMY" HAMM, age 44, died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 in Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. He was born on November 30, 1961 to the late Tommy and Helen Vannoy Hamm. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Hamm of Marion, Virginia; Three daughters and two sons-in-law, Tina and Daniel Bowman and Donna and Joshua Keen all of Lebanon, Virginia, and Stephanie Hamm of Marion, Virginia; One son, Joshua Thompson of Glade Spring, Virginia; Two step-daughters, Elizabeth and James Hardy of Atkins, Virginia, and Crystal Cassell of Marion, Virginia. Three sisters and one brother-in-law, Nancy Sharpe of Newark, Delaware, Marie and Allen Russell of Marion, Virginia, and Carol Grazyk of Bristol, Tennessee; Three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Tommy and Cindy Hamm of Mt. Airy, North Carolina, Charles Hamm of Bristol, Tennessee, and Randy and Diane Hamm of Chilhowie, Virginia. His step-father, Clinton Thomas of Chilhowie, Virginia; three grandchildren, Brady Johnson, Alexis Keen, and Kaida Bowman; Two step-grandchildren, Anna Dodson and James Hardy, Jr. also survive. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 19, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Sage and Rev. Bob Surber officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon an hour before the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
