Obituary of Dottie Grinstead

MARION, VIRGINIA: DOTTIE THOMPSON GRINSTEAD, age 67, died Saturday, March 25, 2006 in Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. She was a long time employee of Bank of Marion, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to everyone. She is survived by her husband, Mack D. Grinstead of Marion, Virginia; Two daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Walter Pierce of Chilhowie, Virginia and Beverly and Steve Wymer of Marion, Virginia. One sister and brother-in-law, Ruby and Charlie Gentry of Glade Spring, Virginia; One sister-in-law, Betty Vaught of Wytheville, Virginia; Six grandchildren, Whittney Pierce, Ashley Pierce, Kelley Pierce, Anna Wymer, Ryan Wymer, Amanda Wymer; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 27, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Steve Hutton officiating. Private graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
