My deepest sympathy goes out to the Haulsee family for their loss. I got to know Mr. Haulsee thru a friend and co-worker, Bill Bailey. I got the opportunity to speak with Mr. Haulsee many times around town and he was always smiling and a happy-go-lucky person. He will truly be missed.
