Obituary of Elizabeth Haga

MARION, VIRGINIA: ELIZABETH "LIBBY" HAGA, age 61, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Smyth County Community Hospital. Born January 1, 1945 in South Carolina to the late George and Maxine Hutton Dunford. Libby was a loving, caring, giving person who was loved by all and will really be missed by everyone. She was a long time member of Freedom Tabernacle Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Haga; one grandson, Michael Musick; and one brother, Raymond Dunford. Libby is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Sammy Musick of Troutdale, Virginia, Joyce and Johnny Rouse and Melissa and Randall Trail all of Chilhowie, Virginia; Two sons and one daughter-in-law, Bobby and Nita Haga and Eddie Ray Haga all of Marion, Virginia; Four sisters, Audrey Herrell of Corpus Christi, Texas, Barbara Testerman, Patsy Walters, Peggy Snider all of Marion, Virginia; Two brothers, Frank Dunford of Marion, Virginia and Dennis Dunford of Astoria, New York. Nine grandchildren, Justin Haga, Zachary Haga, Bradley Haga, Tanner Haga, Brandi Trail, Taylor Trail, Travis Musick, Samantha Musick, and Michael Rouse; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Mike Sage and Rev. Ronald Tolliver officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
