Obituary of B. Sexton

MARION, VIRGINIA: B. RALPH SEXTON, age 87, died Sunday, January 15, 2006 at his home in Dade City, Florida. He was a member of the Marion Chapter #72 Order of the Eastern Star, Masonic Lodge #31 A.F. & A.M.; the Shriner's of Roanoke; and was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Ball Sexton. Mr. Sexton is survived by one daughter, Nancy Sexton LaPradd of Chase City, Virginia; Two grandchildren, MaDonna Lynn LaPradd of Farmville, Virginia and James Lee LaPradd, II of Richmond, Virginia. Three sisters, Leota Parks, Hazel Perkins, and Delores Akers all of Marion, Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and a special friend, Ruby Hunsaker also survive. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Masonic rites will be conducted by Masonic Lodge #31 A.F. & A.M. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
