Obituary of Madeline Rose Dombroski Revis

WYTHEVILLE, Va.

Madeline Rose Dombroski Revis, age 86, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Carrington Place of Wytheville.

Madeline was a loving wife to her late husband Jack Revis for 23 years. She retired from the textile industry and later went on to be a caregiver. Madeline often visited with neighbors and would help them when she could. She enjoyed shopping and traveling. Her favorite thing to do was visit her family in Michigan and Kentucky. Madeline will be missed by all who knew and loved her, especially those who called her maw-maw and granny.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Darrell Revis; parents, Lucille Dombroski Samel Morris and Selix Samel; brothers, Donnie, Gordon, and Ricky Samel; and sister Bertha Hoseclaw.

Madeline is survived by two brothers, Jimmy and Clarence Samel of Michigan; grandchildren, Crystal Revis and Deanna Wessinger; great-grandchildren, Jamey, Cody, and Jad; great-great- grandchildren, Axl, Connor, and Rhealynn; several nieces and nephews.
