Obituary of David Lee Hall
Atkins, Va.
David Lee Hall age 58, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at his home.
David was a family man that loved his family with all his heart. He loved fishing, hunting and Nascar. David loved to ride horses and spend time with his friends. There was no dirt road that he didn’t know or love to ride.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Perry and Mary Magdalene Hall; brother, Ralph Hall; infant brother, Tommy Hall; and sister, Kathy Boardwine.
David leaves behind many loving family members who will miss him endlessly.
David is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Linda Susan Lacey Hall; daughters, Trish Knier and husband, Rich of Tenn., Christy Thomas and husband, Danny of Marion, Va., Amanda Blevins of the home, Laura Martin and husband, Scott of Atkins, Va.; loving sister, Connie Blizzard and husband, Charles of Marion, Va.; sister-in-law, Barbara Hall; brother-in-law, Ronald Boardwine; 11 grandchildren, Kevin Knier, Victoria Thompson, Jordon Thomas, Christian Thomas, Jakob Thomas, Shelcy Thomas, Tylar Ross, Lacey Ross, Alex Martin and girlfriend, Victoria Russell, Chandler Martin, Kaddin (Buddha) Martin; his fur baby, Shadow; special friends, Aunt Emma, Richard McGuirer, Don and Angie Hockett; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Blake Frazier officiating. Graveside services will follow at Rosewood Cemetery in Rural Retreat, Va. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Seaver- Brown Chapel.
