Obituary of Rhonda Kaye Barker

ATKINS, Va.

Rhonda Kaye Barker, age 59, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at her home.

Rhonda enjoyed life on her own terms and was happiest at home with her cats. Her dad would always say – If Rhonda had a horse, she'd want it to live in the house. She will be missed by friends who would see her at the different car parts stores. Rhonda was loved and cared for by family and will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Hugo and Lucy Tuell Barker.

Rhonda is survived by her sister, Pam Conner and husband, Charles; two nephews, Benjamin Conner and Jonathan Conner, all of Marion, Va.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 19, 2021 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Private family graveside services will be held at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
